Audits
Strategic Audits for Operational Excellence

Energy Audit
An energy audit is a systematic analysis of energy use and energy consumption within a defined energy audit scope, to identify, quantify and report on the opportunities for improved energy performance. Audits are conducted by professional auditors who excel in their relevant field. We have specialized Electrical, HVAC, Pneumatic system auditors.
Food Safety Audit
A food safety audit is a systematic, independent, and documented activity in which objective evidence is gathered and assessed to determine if a food safety system is appropriate and effective. Food safety audits also provide evidence that food is manufactured in a safe environment and help determine if hazards are properly identified and controlled or eliminated. We have auditors who excel in HACCP and have sound knowledge about ISO 22000.

Construction Safety Audit
Facility Comprehensive Pest Control Audit:
We conduct a thorough audit of the building premises, with a structured and probing approach.
■ External Areas – Open Areas Surrounding the Structure
■ Building Façade – Gaps in the Facade
■ Floor to Floor – (Inter Floor)
■ Internal Floor Area Zone Separation (Intra Floor)
■ Plenum Zone Separation (Below False Floor and Above False Ceiling)
■ Washrooms (Zonal / Air / Fire Segregation)
■ Dry Pantry / Cafeterias / Eateries (Zonal / Air / Fire Segregation)
■ Data Center Zones Rigidity
■ Material and Personnel Lift Tubes
■ Terrace Area
■ Basement
■ Shafts
■ Service Ducts
■ Sewer Trenches
■ Fiber Optic Trenches
■ Power Cable Trenches
■ WTP
■ STP
And identify pest breeding, propulsion points, their regular travel paths and identify the reasons for their attraction and attachment, And with regards to the building structure we check all the entry and exit points, shafts, service ducts, sub floor trenches and identify gaps if any through which birds, rodents, snakes, ants and flies can enter inside the building, and between floor to floor we check the rigidity of the smoke seal and cable tray entry and exits paths and relevant rodent containment measures from one zone to the another we check proper closure of the gaps using a special rodent control seals and its confirmation to the standards.
And after conducting a thorough pest vulnerability study of the entire premises we submit our report with recommendations for improvement and carry out the same if desired by the client.

Environmental sampling and reporting:
(IAQ and Particulate matter)
Energy Audit, Food Safety Audit, General Safety Audit, Fire Safety Audit
To verify and ensure a clean and healthy environment inside the IT infrastructure rooms, we need to periodically evaluate and certify ourselves against prescribed international standards, assuring our internal and external stakeholders of best-in-class IT infrastructure rooms availability irrespective of environment outside.
Air particle testing and reporting:
It will be done as per the standards mentioned below:
- ISO/DIS 14644-1.2(2014): Classification of air cleanliness by particle concentration.
- ISO 14644-2: Specifications for testing and monitoring to prove continued compliance with ISO 14644-1.
- ISO/DIS 14644-2.2(2014): Monitoring to provide evidence of cleanroom performance related to air cleanliness by particle concentration.
Testing method as per - ISO 14644-3:2005(E)
Methodology
The use of light scattering (discrete) airborne particle counters (LSAPC) to determine the concentration of airborne particles, equal to and greater than the specified sizes ranging from 0,1 µm to five µm, at designated sampling locations. Along with a comprehensive report which shows where the highest and lowest particle levels are in each room.
Report
It will consist of the following:
■ Indoor air particle room sampling map
■ Indoor air particle testing report.
■ Most recent calibration certificate of the testing apparatus and its validity.
■ Line graph
Re-testing
If the test results are not satisfactory, retesting must be conducted with in next seven working days at the same location.
Compliances
Visting technicians will comply with all Security, EHS, Confidentiality, PPE guidelines of the organization.
Recommended periodic testing frequency
6 monthly (i.e., Twice a year).
