Post Construction Cleaning– A Phased Approach:

PHASE 1 – Preparation:

All bulky items such as wooden crates, Carton boxes and packaging materials are removed and recycled or disposed of per your guidelines. Stickers and tags from new equipment’s, furniture and fixtures are carefully removed. We will remove large floor debris and particles. Heavily soiled high dusting begins.  Phase 1 represents a ‘let’s get things ready’ for your post-construction needs.

PHASE 2 – Deep Cleaning:

Next, we will perform top-down detail dusting. A thorough cleaning of MEP and IT services, plenums, partitions, equipment’s, Racks, ledges, fixtures and fittings, furniture’s, technical equipment’s, and the like is completed. Washrooms, Cafeterias, Dry pantry, and the like receive a deep cleaning. Carpeted floors receive detailed vacuuming, and hard floors are machine scrubbed, dust mopped or vacuumed and damp or wet mopped per manufacturer instructions.

PHASE 3 – Ready the Space:

Now it is time to ready the space for business in phase 3 of the construction cleaning service delivery. Regardless of how careful the approach is during the Phase 2 Deep Cleaning, dust will inevitably settle on flat areas, Racks, Hot and cold isle separator partitions, furniture, and floors (we recommend allowing this settling to occur overnight). Then, we perform a final dusting and wipe down of all such areas. Finally, another detailed vacuuming (with HEPA filter incorporated vacuum machine) is performed, and hard floors are again auto scrubbed, and spot stain removal is done, depending on application and manufacturer instructions.
